1. Scope

These terms govern the sale of goods offered through the BonVulux website between BonVulux s.r.o. (the “seller”) and the customer (the “buyer”). Placing an order means acceptance of these terms.

2. Ordering and contract

Product pages are an invitation to treat. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order by email. Order details are summarised in that confirmation. We may decline an order in exceptional cases (e.g. stock errors), informing the buyer promptly.

3. Prices and payment

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. The final price — goods, delivery and any additional charges — is shown at checkout before the order is submitted. Payment methods available at checkout may include card payment, bank transfer or other providers. One direct price applies to every customer; there is no separate wholesale tier and no minimum on eligible in-stock products.

4. Delivery

Goods are dispatched from the Czech Republic by courier. European orders typically arrive within 5–14 business days; international orders within 14–28 business days. Times are indicative. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes or local charges may apply and are payable by the buyer.

5. Withdrawal (returns) — 14 days

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Contact info@bonvulux.com before returning anything and return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal. The direct return cost is borne by the buyer. We refund the purchase price and standard delivery cost within 14 days, normally via the original payment method. Custom-made or personalised goods and sealed hygiene-protective items that have been opened may be excluded where permitted by law.

6. Defects and warranty

The seller is liable for defects under applicable Czech law. Liability for defects lasts 24 months from delivery. The buyer has the right to repair, replacement, a price reduction or withdrawal in the statutory cases. Complaints are handled without undue delay and normally within 30 days.

7. Product information

Materials, dimensions and finishes are described on each product page. Product photographs are illustrative; slight differences in colour, size or surface may occur.

8. Personal data

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of their country of residence. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of the Czech Republic; consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution via the Czech Trade Inspection (ČOI) or the EU ODR platform.

10. Changes

The version of these terms in force at the time the order is placed applies to that order. The current version is always published on this page.
