2. Orders & Payments

All prices include VAT. We accept secure bank transfers only. Payment is required before order processing. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted couriers. Delivery times vary by location:

  • European orders: 3–14 business days
  • International orders: 14–28 business days

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.

4. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, BonVulux s.r.o. is committed to delivering products in good condition. Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and report any visible damage — such as broken or missing items — within 24 hours of receiving the package. This allows us to file claims with the courier and resolve the issue promptly.

We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for items that are damaged after delivery due to improper handling. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused while opening the packaging, dropping the item during wear, or storing it incorrectly. Our warranty does not cover crystals that are broken or detached due to customer handling after delivery or during use. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under EU law, including the right to claim for defective goods within the legal guarantee period.

In accordance with EU law, all jewelry and accessories sold by BonVulux are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and non-conformities present at the time of delivery. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, images, designs, and trademarks on this website are property of BonVulux. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Liability

BonVulux is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Due to the delicate nature of crystal jewelry, items may be prone to damage or detachment if dropped or mishandled. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for items damaged after delivery due to improper handling.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Czech and EU law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Czech courts.

8. Resale & Third-Party Liability

BonVulux s.r.o. is not legally responsible for any disputes, claims, or regulatory actions that may arise between the buyer and third-party brands, authorities, or customers. If a buyer chooses to resell our products or display them in their own store, they do so at their own risk and responsibility.

BonVulux provides only the invoice with each order. We do not issue additional documentation, certifications, or brand authorizations. By purchasing from BonVulux, the buyer agrees that BonVulux is not a party to any external legal matters related to product use, resale, or brand representation.
